Role overview The ideal Community Development Assistant Intern will assist the CEO in supporting and developing our community, acting as a point of liaison, answering and supporting queries to ensure a quality experience for members of the community. To be considering this role you will be committed to personal development and interested in being part of a conscious team, providing service to its community through the creation of content and sharing of techniques to support soul evolution and life navigation mastery. Hours and days of work 6-10 hours/week One fixed team meeting/week Role Responsibilities Primary duties include As Community Development Assistant intern you will be responsible for: - Support and growing our community via social media platforms, working alongside the Social Media Intern - Liaising with community members via messenger applications to answer queries - Provide support to workshops, and online retreats managing community comments, and ensuring that community have access to all necessary links to support engagement and learning - Ensuring correct timetabling and sharing of each podcast appearance with the Emma Goldie community - Proactively pitching new engagement ideas and opportunities to reach new customers and audiences - Measuring and reporting on community development activity on a weekly basis Skills and qualifications A successful Community Development Assistant Intern candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications necessary to perform their duties effectively, these include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Internet savvy. - Tech savvy - Quick to learn new things - Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business - Have good interpersonal and marketing skills. - Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills. - Customer service skills.
