What are we looking for? • A self-motivated individual with a creative flair. • A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Someone with an attentive and resourceful approach. • Confidence in basic administration skills (i.e., MS Word/Office/PowerPoint, database entry etc.).• A positive, friendly, and hardworking individual who is keen to “get stuck in” and make the most of their internship. How to apply Please send in your current CV with a supporting letter**. It is really useful to include why you would like to intern with us and some of your ambitions, so we can see who you are and what you are interested in. We suggest your letter is no more than 1.5 pages. **For those who prefer to express themselves in a different format, we also accept video applications as an alternative to a supporting statement. This does not have to be high resolution, a “self-tape” via telephone is adequate as long as we can clearly see and hear your application. We do request that these are still accompanied by your current CV. KEY DATES Monday 21st March, 9am: Deadline for applications Wednesday 30th March: Face to face interview for successful applicants (11am-1pm) Monday 4th April: Training Day (10.30am - 4.30pm) Internships commence W/C: 4th April COVID-19 vaccines Please note: It is a requirement of the centre that all member facing staff are fully vaccinated (unless medically exempt). We are happy to offer some flexibility on start date to accommodate this. Claremont statement – February 2022 We welcome applications from people at any stage in their life, whether you want to gain further experience or you are considering a career change. This role can be incredibly rewarding for the right kind of person. Like many places, our services were heavily disrupted during the pandemic and so this is a special time to join the Claremont team as we welcome members back to the centre. We are keen to listen to any needs you may have to make this internship as enjoyable and fruitful as possible. We look carefully at every submission and will endeavour to respond to each one. Due to the high volume of submissions please allow a little time for us to respond. Thank you!
