Description: Rabin Martin is in search of an energetic individual to join our London Office for a Summer Internship. Candidates should have some experience in Global Health or other health-related disciplines. Strong writing, communication, research, and organization skills are necessary for this position. The ideal candidate will be available from 9-10 weeks from June – August. We are currently looking for an Intern to support the firm on several exciting and expanding projects in the field of public health. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate or graduate student that has strong research and writing skills. This candidate must be able to jump in to provide support wherever it is needed; we are committed to helping the ideal candidate develop and enhance their abilities. The Intern will be responsible for: - Conducting research on Global Health issues. - Providing support to senior staff including developing memos, presentations, issues briefs and backgrounders, updating lists & recording meeting minutes - Supporting team administrative needs such as helping to arrange meetings, travel support, etc. Candidates should have the following skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent research skills with the ability to organize & synthesize information effectively - Strong administrative skills - Ability to handle several projects simultaneously & establish work priorities - Ability to take direction as well as work & think independently - Pursing a degree, interest, or experience in global/public health, communications, economics or similar degree. - Strong computer skills (Windows environment: Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited college or university (required) Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
