Description: Remote Marketing /Inbound Sales Intern Location: Bristol/Remote Pay: £10.35 p/h Length: 4-8 weeks and 35 hours per week Reporting to: Clinical Lead Radii Devices provide software and data to support clinicians delivering the best quality of fit, transforming the lives of patients who use prosthetic and orthotic devices with evidence-based design. What we do: We are a MedTech start-up, developing intelligent software to empower clinicians at the point-of-care to design life-enabling prosthetic and orthotic medical devices. To achieve this, we need to ensure that companies, clinicians, and patients from across the world are able to hear about our product. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to develop their career in marketing and make a significant input across our marketing processes, through lead identification and content creation. The role: During the role, you will get the opportunity to input across our marketing processes, including researching targets, helping to create content for our marketing channels, and testing variations of our messaging. As a Marketing Intern, your mission is to build strong brands, set up and maintain inbound and outbound campaigns and create relevant content for our target audience. This will set you up for a career in marketing or the life sciences industry with the following skills: • Inbound marketing: Devise a long-term content strategy, create landing pages & visual assets for an omnichannel marketing approach. • Outbound marketing: Create and run mail and LinkedIn outreach campaigns that create marketing qualified leads for sales units. • Sales enablement: Support the sales team with providing them with easy access to all marketing collateral and tool stack. • Data-driven approach. Measure and report on key performance indicators for different marketing strategies to determine optimal approach Experience and qualities • Strong written and verbal communications skills; • Comfortable with learning and discovery; • Enthusiastic and self-motivated to pick up new skills quickly; • Some experience in creating visual content (such as with Canva or Photoshop); • Enjoy diving into the intricacies of complex products; and • Able to self-manage and positively work with others to achieve identified objectives; At Radii, we encourage a flat hierarchy in the team, and support honesty in our critique of all members of the company to ensure standards are upheld.
