Personal assistant intern job specification We are looking for a personal assistant intern to join our team of warriors, unicorns, and titans. We are on the hunt for someone who is reliable and responsible, who thrives on co-ordinating diaries and managing events. In human terms, someone who is organised and persistent, has a hunger to learn and is both independent and a team player. Normal? That’s not what we do. We are looking for a hero with: The ability to communicate confidently and effectively An eye for detail The ability to manage a budget and keep costs down Exceptional organisation Multitasking skills A sense of ownership, that we can rely on Excellent English writing ability and communications skills A hunger to learn A self-starter who works well as part of a team Experience in Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. This role will involve: Extensive calendar and diary management Answering and directing telephone calls Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments Arranging travel and booking accommodation Liaising with clients and colleagues Management and oversight of business projects Maintaining and monitoring budgets Arranging dinners, social events, and public appearances Admin tasks, including maintaining media lists, note taking, and research What can you expect from us?
