Adeko &Co is re-starting its intern program and will be taking on graduates from Spring 23 for 6 months to work closely with our international executive and creative teams in the London studio. Successful applicants will benefit from a diverse internship programme which prepares graduates for entry-level PR and communications roles. Adẹkọ & Co is an independent, multi-disciplinary design studio that specialises in storytelling, often through space and materiality, founded and led by Tolù Adẹ̀kọ́, Creative Director. Stories are powerful, and strong brands are built around them. We make every brand experience unique and successful by telling its own memorable story by exploring palettes of materials, colours, and moods. Everything—from form to finish—is chosen for a reason, and all of it comes back to the story. As a Social Media & Contents Intern, you will support the Director and Creative Team in creating and publishing relevant, original, high-quality content that meets the organisation's strategic objectives. The Internship Outline: - Create a regular publishing schedule and implement a content calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely campaigns. - Creating content for both organic, boosted and paid formats, with a clear understanding of the different nuances between the three. - Support Director managing the channels’ day-to-day activity (LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram) - Assist in planning content and delivery, and use tools like Planoly to manage multiple social media channels. - Assist, manage and facilitate Social media communities by responding to and developing discussions. - Working with the wider team, develop and execute ideas for exciting still image and video shoots across a range of business areas. - Working with the wider creative team to manage the content calendar - Editing and helping shape content for all social platforms, providing guidance and feedback as appropriate. - Working with the Director to self-sub, and to maintain and manage to global tone of voice across all content. - Working on social reporting, and tracking the performance of all content and enabling this data to be fed into future channel strategies. - Working with the Director to implement findings from the monthly and quarterly reports. - Self-shooting, uploading and editing content where necessary in order to maintain the smooth running of the team. - Ensuring competitor research and customer insight are at the heart of all our output. - Grow reach and engagement on the organisation's social media platforms. - Working alongside the Media and Communications team to coordinate activities across all channels. - Support with improving website content and standing including SEO, Google Analytics etc Immediate start - 6-month internship. Specific needs: - Must be available to work Monday-Thursday or Tuesday - Friday, 09:30 – 18:00, 2 days on-site in the London studio and two days location flexible - Passion for luxury design, architecture and yachts - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential - Native or expert English speaker and writer - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - Proficiency in other languages, French, Spanish, or Mandarin is advantageous - Organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator—both in person and online · - Ability to excel at working in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are integral to these internships - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in any related field - Able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and extremely well organised and detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
