Runway Travel Ltd is a travel firm established in the United Kingdom. We work with some of the world's most well-known holiday destinations and travel businesses. We currently have an internship available. It's an excellent chance for someone who is really passionate about digital marketing and wants to advance his or her career. As part of the internship, your previous skills and expertise will be enhanced with 'hands-on' mentoring and on-the-job training in a variety. There is a lot of cutting-edge knowledge to be learned for the right candidate. Key objectives - Increasing targeted traffic to our website and social media platforms - Increase the number of new company leads and sales. - Encourage, cultivate, and inspire customer and consumer interaction. - To provide reports on marketing activities. - Boost consumer awareness of the brand Responsibilities and Tasks Day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include assisting the campaign manager in all or some of the following: - Communication with clients via email, and phone in relation to the day-to-day management of their campaigns - Improving customer engagement through the use of effective digital marketing campaigns - Carrying out market research and competitor analysis - Setting up and managing paid media campaigns and tracking the efficacy and success of all marketing campaigns - Daily monitoring of paid media campaigns - Contributing new and creative ideas on ways to grow and develop the business in line with the wider business development plans - Set up reporting for all campaigns and prepare weekly client reports - Liaise closely with the external partners of the company and develop the business accordingly - Plan and send email campaigns - Other administrative tasks related to marketing. - Working to enhance the customer experience and support the business’s strategic decisions. Intern Requirements: - Some experience of managing paid media campaigns across Facebook and Google. (PPC and paid social media campaigns) - Basic understanding and some experience of using Google analytics - Must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding and experience of digital marketing activities either via previous internships, paid employment or academic qualifications. - Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team - Good organisational and time-management skills - A positive attitude, good initiative and enterprise - Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information - Strong command of English (Preferable) Nice to have (Not mandatory) - Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint or Google Analytics) - Content creation experience (Blogs, articles, white papers, presentations, etc) - Web design skills (graphic design, HTML, email templates, banner development) - Video editing skills.
