Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation for Online Music Production Class Company Overview: Jake Jon is now one of Britain’s brightest and most developed new emerging stars. The multi-talented, rapper, has been honing his skills on stage and in the studio for the last 13 years. Since a young child, Jake has been creating and touring his own music, and his talents have led him to many amazing avenues. Which include songwriting, recording, and publishing credits for the likes of JLS, Match of the Day, The Voice, and many more. Now with the dream of inspiring other indie artists to build their talents, he is looking to help build their careers with his Music Publishing Company and music mentorship. So, he is looking for interns like yourself to help grow the brand as well as help you along your journey in gaining industry experience. Position Summary: As a Sales and Lead Generation Intern, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, partners, and collaborators within the music industry. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and establishing connections with artists, record labels, managers, event organizers, and other stakeholders. You will assist our sales and business development team in building and maintaining relationships, thus contributing to the overall growth and success of our music company. Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify potential clients, artists, and industry partners through various online platforms, social media, industry directories, and other relevant sources. - Assist in compiling and maintaining a comprehensive database of leads and contacts for targeted outreach and follow-ups. Reach out to potential clients and partners through email, social media, and phone calls to introduce our music company's services and explore potential collaborations. - Help in creating and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with our music company. Participate in team meetings to brainstorm ideas and contribute to sales and marketing strategies. - Support the sales team in tracking and documenting communication with potential clients and partners in our CRM system. Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: This internship does not explicitly require any previous professional experience, but if so, it is highly welcome.
