When you know this, it's not surprising that more than 80% of people who work for small businesses think it's more fun to work for a small company than a big one.
Since you're not a small fish in a big pond, your hard work and efforts will be easy to see. With a smaller company, it will be easier to talk to the top management and find out about skills and projects that might have been given to a senior partner or manager at a bigger company.
1. You're able to advance up the ladder rapidly.
It means that you'll have fewer competitors fighting for the same managerial roles if your organisation is tiny. Be successful, and you'll soon be given greater responsibility.

A small firm survives by assembling a team of hard-working individuals who aren't afraid to play tough. There is a lot of overlap between job titles. This way, you'll learn how to accomplish chores on your own, rather than depending on others.

To conclude, when working for a smaller company, you may be able to interact with and contribute to a wider range of projects and teams. You'll have a set position, but you'll also be able to branch out into different projects if you want to learn more about a potential new career path.
