Internship Opportunity: UX/UI Designer (12 months – London) Location: London, UK Duration: 12 months Compensation: Expenses covered (travel + lunch), with a performance-based bonus at the end of the internship Start date: Flexible (Summer/Autumn 2025 preferred) About Us: Odicci is a leading gamification platform that helps retail brands like JD Sports, Michael Kors, and ASDA engage their customers through interactive and data-driven experiences. From scratch cards to product finders and loyalty games, we bring playfulness and performance together. The Role: We are looking for a UX/UI Design Intern to help bring our gamified experiences to life. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our product and customer teams to design engaging interfaces and customer journeys using the Odicci platform. What You’ll Do: - Design user-friendly layouts for mobile and desktop experiences - Collaborate with our product and customer success teams to turn ideas into interactive campaigns - Use Figma or similar tools (Sketch, Miro, etc.) to create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups - Bring a user-centric mindset to solving real engagement and conversion challenges Who You Are: - A student or recent graduate in UX/UI, Digital Product Design, HCI, or a related field - Confident using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Resourceful in learning new tools and frameworks (HotJar, chameleon.io, UX interview frameworks, etc.) - Comfortable working independently and taking initiative - Enthusiastic about gamification, user engagement, and digital innovation - Bonus if you have experience with interactive design or motion Note: We are a small team and currently do not have an in-house design department, so this internship would suit someone looking to step up, own projects, and learn by doing in a supportive but non-mentored environment.
