Are you a design student looking for a part-time paid internship to fit around your studies?
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Design Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about design and eager to gain hands-on experience within the real estate sector. Working closely with our wider real estate services team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of branding strategies that enhance our company’s identity and market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies for the company
- • Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, etc.
- • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines
- • Work on special design projects as assigned by the marketing team
- • Provide support in organising and executing marketing events
- • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into our branding strategies
- • Assist in managing and maintaining our social media presence
- • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- • Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- • Passion for design and interest in the real estate sector
- • Previous experience in branding or marketing is a plus
