About Miss Jones Miss Jones is a fast-growing members club and concierge service for EAs, PAs, Office Managers and corporate event bookers, connecting our community with some of the best venues, hotels and suppliers across the UK, Ireland and UAE. We host everything from intimate member dinners and networking events to large seasonal fairs, showcases and industry events. We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events & Marketing Assistant to join our London team on a part-time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands-on experience across events, marketing, hospitality and social media in a fun, fast-paced environment. There is plenty of opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility and potentially grow with the business. Key Responsibilities: - Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Miss Jones events, including member events, showcases, fairs and awards - Assist with event administration, timelines, checklists and run sheets - Liaise with venues, suppliers, exhibitors and partners ahead of events - Help manage guest lists, registrations, RSVPs and attendee communications - Support exhibitor and partner requirements in the lead-up to larger events - Attend Miss Jones events and provide hands-on support before, during and after events - Represent Miss Jones at selected industry events and networking opportunities - Research venues, suppliers, potential partners and event opportunities - Support the marketing team with event promotion and attendee recruitment - Assist with email campaigns, newsletters and event invitations - Help create social media content, including Instagram Stories, Reels and event coverage - Assist with creating marketing materials and event collateral using Canva - Keep event, member and marketing databases accurate and up to date - Support with prizes, gifting, signage, menus, name badges and other event materials - Collect event content, photography and video for use across social media - Support post-event follow-ups, feedback and reporting - Provide general administrative support to the Events & Marketing team About You: We're looking for someone who is: - Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail - Enthusiastic, proactive and happy to get stuck in - Confident communicating with different people - Friendly, outgoing and comfortable attending events and networking - Creative and interested in events, hospitality, marketing and social media - Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn - Familiar with Canva or keen to learn - Confident using Google Workspace - Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team - Flexible to occasionally work evenings when we have events - Keen to learn and develop within a growing business Previous events or marketing experience is helpful but not essential. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, organisation and enthusiasm.
