Sales & Marketing Internship in London Central London

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Central London (Hybrid / On-site) Duration: 3–6 Months (with potential for extension or permanent hire) Compensation: Competitive London Living Wage / Paid Internship About Us We are a stealth, mission-driven data tech startup building an innovative platform dedicated to driving positive social impact. By combining cutting-edge technology with purpose-driven engagement, our goal is to create scalable data solutions for social good. We are looking for energetic, relationship-focused interns to join our lean, agile team in Central London and play a hands-on role in accelerating our partner acquisition, user growth and brand presence. The Roles / We are hiring> - Full-Time Intern (35–40 hours/week) AND/OR - Part-Time Intern (16–24 hours/week, flexible around studies or existing commitments) You will work directly with our founding team across sales outreach, community building, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is not a coffee-run internship - you will take true ownership of growth initiatives from day one. Key Responsibilities • Partner Prospecting & Outbound Growth: Identify, research, and connect with prospective partners, organisations, and brand advocates aligned with our social mission. • Direct Outreach & Business Development: Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, direct messaging, and in-person visits to business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. • Onboarding & Relationship Management: Guide new commercial partners through the platform onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and establishing strong, long-term partnerships. • Objection Handling & Value Pitching: Articulate our commercial value proposition and social impact mission clearly, tailoring pitches to address operational priorities and business goals. • Campaign & Activation Support: Collaborate with the team on localized marketing campaigns, launch promotions, and targeted outreach to drive active engagement for newly onboarded partners. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate tracking of leads, outreach stages, and partner feedback to optimize our overall sales funnel. What We Are Looking For • Excellent written and spoken English is essential for this role; applicants should have achieved an A or A* in English Language or English Literature at A level, or demonstrate an equivalent standard of English proficiency. You should have an excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, tone and nuance, and be highly comfortable interpreting natural, colloquial English. • A genuine passion for technology, social impact, and purpose-driven business. • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills - you enjoy picking up the phone and meeting people face-to-face. • A proactive, resilient mindset with a natural drive to hit targets and close deals. • Passion for London’s hospitality scene, food culture, and mission-driven technology. • High self-motivation, curiosity, and comfort working in an agile startup environment. • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and basic digital tools (Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, or CRMs). • Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to our Central London workspace.
