Bedford, UK – Office-based, 5 days per week
Duration:
1 month initially, with the possibility of extending to 3 months and potential full-time employment.

We are a research and development company specialising in financial market trading technologies. We develop innovative software solutions, trading models and applications for the financial industry, with an increasing focus on using artificial intelligence to accelerate development.
We are looking for a curious, resourceful and enthusiastic individual who loves using AI to build things, solve problems and turn ideas into working solutions.
We're more interested in how you think, what you've experimented with and your willingness to learn than in your formal qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working directly alongside a highly experienced software developer, you'll help design, develop and test a range of products and tools, including:
Building applications and user interfaces using AI-assisted development tools.
Developing AI agents, automations and practical software solutions.
Connecting applications, APIs and third-party services.
Supporting the development of financial models and trading technology tools.
Experimenting with new AI technologies and finding creative ways to apply them to real-world challenges.
Troubleshooting, testing and improving existing applications.
You'll be involved in real projects, learning through hands-on experience and receiving direct guidance and mentoring.

Some programming experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
You don't need a computer science degree or professional development experience. If you've been experimenting with AI, vibe coding your own projects or simply building useful tools because you enjoy it, we'd be particularly interested in hearing from you.
