Job Overview Modern Decorative is offering a monthly internship award plus net profit share for a Spanish and English speaking project manager intern. You will be working with various departments setting up work management structures, procedures and processes. Allocating role responsibilities and connecting up various departments to process marketing, sales, payments, logistics through to after-sales. Even though some of our products are antiques. Modern Decorative is far from being antiquated. We are leading the way in the eCommerce world of art and antiques. A business that believes in internships is putting in place a framework that encourages creative thinking, sharing of knowledge and vibrant enthusiasm. Responsibilities for Intern IT Project Manager: -Ensuring the accuracy of project data in internal tools and systems. -Extract and prepare meaningful analytical insights from business operations data. -Being an active team member within the Modern Decorative team, ensuring effective communication. -Determine and define project scope and objectives. -Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. -Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. -Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. -Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. -Proven ability to complete projects according to Modern Decorative. We are setting up our business to work with bitrix24. We are earnestly seeking internships with experience working with business process automation software! If you've done work on process management, workflow automation, or similar fields then we want to hear from you. Modern Decorative is an e-commerce Art & Antiques business leading the way. Our goal is a 3-way profit share between investors, Workers/interns & clients. We are putting in place a structure to give interns the opportunity to develop their creative skills & potential. Gain insight into the arts & antique e-commerce sector including its many business facets. We pay a basic daily internship award, plus a net profit share for those involved in making the business successful.
