Position: Social Media Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing objectives - Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to reach our target audience and achieve desired results - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and increase brand awareness - Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities to engage our audience and drive traffic to our website - Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English - Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing social media following - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus If you are a social media enthusiast with a passion for creating engaging content and driving results, we want to hear from you!
