Job Description:
As a Real Estate Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our marketing team in promoting our properties and services to potential clients. This is a paid part-time internship that will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our properties and services
- • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets
- • Help in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events and open houses
- • Assist in maintaining and updating our company website and social media platforms
- • Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide them with information about our properties and services
- • Attend team meetings and provide input on marketing strategies and initiatives
- • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing marketing materials
- • Other duties as assigned by the marketing team
Requirements:
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- • Strong interest in the real estate industry
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
