Develop high potential business partners meeting the needs of business and customers today and in the future. Aim for the wished position of being the preferred business partner for connecting the right people of diversity to enterprises, contributing to create GS financial and successful growth reaching more and more people.Reporting to: Marketing Manager - Start date: ASAP. This is a internship position that will start immediately - MAIN ASSIGNMENT: · Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification · Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action · Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content · Monitor all social media content and campaigns · Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information · Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions · The ability to constantly communicate and engage the community with engaging posts with features such as Facebook and Instagram Stories COMPETENCES NEEDED: • Strong written ability in persuasive writing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivation and the ability to work well within teams. • Commercial and sales approach as a way of thinking. • Good knowledge in building & evaluating fact-based biz cases. • An early adopter in terms of change, who acts as a change-driver. • Determined and results driven.
