This is an unpaid internship, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management and content creation. The intern will be required to come to the office once per week and will benefit from free membership to all our webinars and panels, providing an excellent opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow their professional network. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain Dezignovate's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay current and effective. - Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop cohesive and attractive visual content. - Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights. - Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to promote webinars, panels, and other community events. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. **Requirements:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. - Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Passionate about social media and eager to learn. **Benefits:** - Hands-on experience in managing social media channels and creating content. - Free membership to attend all webinars and panels hosted by Dezignovate. - Opportunity to work in a creative co-working space and network with other designers and industry professionals. - Mentorship and guidance from experienced social media managers and industry leaders. - Potential for future opportunities within Dezignovate based on performance. **How to Apply:** If you are enthusiastic about social media and content creation and eager to gain valuable experience, we would love to hear from you!
