We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join ITM Ventures as a Sales and Marketing Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of real estate sales and marketing. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing team to support various initiatives and contribute to the growth of our business. Sales Support: * Gain practical experience in lead generation and prospecting activities, learning valuable skills in identifying potential clients and target markets. * Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry. * Assist in maintaining customer databases and contact lists, providing you with exposure to customer relationship management systems commonly used in the industry. * Shadow the sales team and participate in client meetings and negotiations, allowing you to observe and learn effective sales strategies firsthand. 2. Marketing Support: * Develop your creativity and marketing skills by assisting in creating visually appealing marketing materials, both digital and print, that effectively showcase our properties and services. * Learn about social media management and content creation, helping to drive engagement and expand our online presence. * Contribute to organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns, giving you insight into event planning and execution. * Conduct competitor analysis and market research, enabling you to develop analytical skills and understand market dynamics. 3. Customer Relationship Management: * Enhance your communication and customer service skills by supporting customer relationship management activities, including follow-up calls and emails. * Gain firsthand experience in managing client inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. * Learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, sharpening your sales and negotiation abilities. 4.
