We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join ITM Ventures as a Sales and Marketing Intern. Sales Support: * Gain practical experience in lead generation and prospecting activities, learning valuable skills in identifying potential clients and target markets. * Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the real estate industry. * Assist in maintaining customer databases and contact lists, providing you with exposure to customer relationship management systems commonly used in the industry. * Shadow the sales team and participate in client meetings and negotiations, allowing you to observe and learn effective sales strategies firsthand. 2. Marketing Support: * Develop your creativity and marketing skills by assisting in creating visually appealing marketing materials, both digital and print, that effectively showcase our properties and services. * Learn about social media management and content creation, helping to drive engagement and expand our online presence. * Contribute to organizing and coordinating marketing events and campaigns, giving you insight into event planning and execution. * Conduct competitor analysis and market research, enabling you to develop analytical skills and understand market dynamics. 3. Customer Relationship Management: * Enhance your communication and customer service skills by supporting customer relationship management activities, including follow-up calls and emails. * Gain firsthand experience in managing client inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. * Learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, sharpening your sales and negotiation abilities. 4.
