Position: Hospitality & Event Management Internship/Placement About the Company Leading hospitality and event management company that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We offer a wide range of services including event planning, venue management, catering, and guest services. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality & Event Management Intern/Placement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality and event industry and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products - Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses - Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests - Assist in venue management, including setup and breakdown of events - Conduct research and provide recommendations for event themes, decorations, and entertainment - Assist in creating event timelines and schedules - Attend and participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions - Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a hospitality, event management, or related program - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software - Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in event promotion - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be legally eligible to work in [Country] Benefits: - Hands-on experience in the hospitality and event management industry - Opportunity to work on a variety of events and gain a diverse skill set - Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals - Networking opportunities with industry experts and potential employers - Stipend/salary [if applicable] If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and event management, we would love to hear from you.
