Are you already building a business idea with real potential? Have you started testing something in the market — but need the right structure, support and strategic backing to take it further? Internwise has launched a selective Founder Partnership for entrepreneurial graduates who are serious about building a real business. This is not a traditional internship. This is not a job. This is an opportunity to build and lead your own venture, with the right support behind you. The Opportunity - We are looking to partner founders who: - Are already working on a business idea - Have taken real steps beyond just “thinking about it” - Want to build something commercially viable and long-term - Are ready to take ownership as a founder You bring the idea and early traction, we provide strategic guidance, infrastructure and long-term partnership. What Makes This Different - Most programmes focus on pitching and fundraising. We focus on: - Building profitable businesses - Commercial discipline - Sustainable growth - Long-term value creation We are not building pitch decks. We are building real companies. What We’re Looking For - You should have: - A clear business idea with defined value proposition - Evidence of early traction (MVP, users, revenue, or strong validation) - A good understanding of your target market - A long-term vision for the business - An entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic We do not accept applications at idea stage only. What You’ll Get - Through this partnership, you will receive: - Strategic guidance and mentorship (hours to be defined) - Support with business structuring and financial planning - Access to Internwise distribution channels - Access to talent when scaling - Network introductions - Initial capital support (where appropriate) - Long-term partnership and accountability This is an equity-based opportunity, where we align incentives to build something meaningful together. How It Works - Initial 3–6 month validation phase - Focus on testing, traction and early revenue - Clear milestones and structured support - Opportunity to move into long-term build & scale phase You may start part-time, but should be prepared to transition to full-time if the business gains traction. Focus Areas - We are particularly interested in: - Climate and sustainability-focused ventures - Businesses with positive social or environmental impact - Commercially viable and scalable ideas We remain open to exceptional ideas outside these areas.
