About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Assistant & Social Media Intern to help us grow our online presence and support day-to-day tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in social media, digital content, and general business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms for Instagram and Facebook
- • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media presence
- • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- • Stay informed about the latest social media tools and platforms and make recommendations for their use
- • Assist in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations
- • Support the development and maintenance of the company's website and blog
- • Assist in organizing and attending events to promote the company's brand and services
- • Help with general assistant tasks (organising files, admin support, research)
- • Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects that showcase our unique Pilates community
Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- • Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
- • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills
- • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- • Knowledge of SEO and website analytics is a plus
- • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and techniques
