Description: Accountabilities • Setting up a catalogue of 2,000 products o Collecting, editing and optimising written product data and description content from suppliers o Sourcing imagery for brands o Catalogue management relating to enhanced content and marketing support o Data uploading including csv’s to platforms • Supporting promotion and event planning from a catalogue perspective • Supporting the data requirements for product set up, purchase orders, inventory management and sales • Liaising with internal key stakeholders to identify and resolve issues • Working closely with suppliers and wholesaler to ensure product information flow is efficient and deadlines met Previous Experience (Preferred) • Product data and content • Worked in an eCommerce environment • Product management systems (CMS) and a good level of MS Excel (Sorting, Pivot, formatting and shortcuts) Skills & Traits required • Strong communication skills – excellent written English • Hands-on approach • Passionate about delivering a great customer experience • Good system skills, a self-starter in IT platforms and software • Problem solver and identifying solutions • Excited by the prospect of supporting the launch of a world-class business Key attributes • Can-do attitude, roll up your sleeves and get things done • Inquisitive by nature, enjoy learning and developing • Fact-based, data-driven approach • Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment • Humility, admit and learn from mistakes • Enjoy working as part of a team • Upbeat & positive – see challenges as opportunities • Brand ambassador dealing with suppliers
