SJD Homes are providers of a 24hr staffed Therapeutic Residential Care Home for young people with a range of needs such as challenging behaviour, emotional and behavioural issues, offending behaviour, autistic spectrum disorders and complex needs; amongst others. We specialise in firstly providing a home for young people with high end needs; where they will feel settled and safe. We also specialise in providing a range of services to support the young people in achieving independence. However, all of our packages will be bespoke tailor made to their individual needs. SJD Homes regularly reviewed care plans to meet the specific needs of each young person. The packages range from low support needs of 5hrs 1:1 per week to 24hrs 1:1 or 2:1 per week, provided on an individual basis. All of our packages are based on a de-escalating scale, where the 1:1 support is regularly reviewed and if appropriate, reduced on a transitional basis to enable young people to achieve greater independence.
