Position: Internship Event Management & Production Location: London, UK Salary: UNPAID Company Overview: We are a leading event management and production company based in London, UK. Our company specializes in creating and executing innovative and memorable events for a wide range of clients, including corporate, non-profit, and private events. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in event management and production. Job Description: As an intern in our Event Management & Production department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge in event management and production, as well as the opportunity to network with industry professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget management - Conduct research on event trends, venues, and vendors - Assist in creating event proposals and presentations - Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their satisfaction - Assist in the production of events, including set-up, logistics, and on-site management - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels - Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses - Provide support in post-event activities, such as collecting feedback and analyzing event success Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software - Knowledge of event planning and production processes - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Passion for the event industry and willingness to learn Benefits: - Hands-on experience in event management and production - Exposure to a wide range of events and clients - Opportunity to network with industry professionals - Training and mentorship from experienced event managers - Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship If you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for event management and production, we encourage you to apply for this internship.
