Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Management Intern. This is an unpaid internship opportunity that will provide hands-on experience in the field of business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business development and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This internship is unpaid, however, the exposure, high-level client interactions, and experience gained will be invaluable, especially for those aspiring to work in international business, luxury services or executive-level consultancy. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities. - Assist in writing and sending proposals to luxury hotels, event organisers, and global partners. - Help design and organise client relationship systems for targeted outreach - Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to increase sales and revenue. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business leads. - Attend networking events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients. - Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients. - Support the development of marketing materials and proposals. - Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities. - Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed. Ideal Candidate Profile - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong research and analytical abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), CRM platforms (HubSpot knowledge is a plus) - A proactive, refined, and results-driven attitude with an eye for luxury branding. - Professional demeanour, discretion, and a high level of integrity. - Familiarity or interest in luxury, security, or corporate services is highly valued.
