Location: London and Remote Position: Wedding Services Intern Salary: UNPAID Company Overview: We are a leading wedding services company based in the heart of London. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized services to our clients, making their special day a memorable and stress-free experience. We offer a wide range of services including wedding planning, venue decoration, catering, photography, and more. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wedding Services Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the wedding industry and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for weddings, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the wedding planning team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and maintaining records. - Conducting research on wedding trends, venues, vendors, and other related topics. - Assisting with venue decoration and set-up for weddings and events. - Shadowing and assisting the catering team during food tastings and events. - Assisting the photography team with photo shoots and editing. - Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their needs are met. - Assisting with social media management and marketing efforts. - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate in event planning, hospitality, or a related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
