Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sponsorship Management Intern. This is an unpaid internship opportunity that will provide valuable hands-on experience in the non-profit sector. The intern will work closely with the Sponsorship Manager to assist in managing and maintaining relationships with our sponsors. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying potential sponsors and developing sponsorship proposals - Conduct research on potential sponsors and their areas of interest - Maintain a database of current and potential sponsors - Assist in creating and updating sponsorship materials, including presentations and reports - Coordinate with the Sponsorship Manager to ensure timely delivery of sponsorship benefits - Assist in organizing and coordinating sponsor events and activities - Communicate with sponsors to provide updates on our organization's activities and impact - Assist in tracking and reporting on sponsorship revenue and expenses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure sponsor recognition and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits - Attend meetings and events with sponsors as needed - Other duties as assigned by the Sponsorship Manager Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Passion for the non-profit sector and our organization's mission - Previous experience in sponsorship or fundraising is a plus Benefits: - Gain hands-on experience in sponsorship management in the non-profit sector - Develop valuable skills in communication, event planning, and relationship management - Network with professionals in the non-profit and corporate sectors - Make a positive impact in the community through your work - Receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship Application Process: To apply for this internship, please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining your interest in the position and why you would be a good fit for our organization.
