Job Specification
Position: Video Editor Location: Worldwide This is unpaid work- please do not apply if you are looking for some sort of payment or looking for business- this project is new, so we are looking for students from the first year who want to have exposure in video editing to use across all social media platforms, this includes Reels, short videos, editing with graphics, etc Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage into a polished and visually appealing final product - Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts - Utilize industry-standard software and tools to edit and enhance video content - Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style - Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of the video - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality - Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects - Provide creative input and suggest new ideas to improve the overall video production process Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role - Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer - Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques - Excellent eye for detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and time management skills - A portfolio of previous work showcasing your editing skills is required If you are a creative and talented Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
