Position: Film Production and Support Intern Location: London, UK Salary: UNPAID Duration: 3-6 months (flexible) Company Overview: We are a leading film production company based in London, UK. Our company specializes in producing high-quality films for various platforms including cinema, television, and online streaming services. We are committed to creating compelling and thought-provoking content that resonates with audiences worldwide. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Film Production and Support Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in all aspects of film production and support, giving you the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain valuable skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with pre-production tasks such as script breakdowns, location scouting, and casting calls - Support the production team on set by setting up equipment, managing props, and assisting with lighting and sound - Help with post-production tasks including editing, sound mixing, and color grading - Conduct research for upcoming projects and provide creative input during brainstorming sessions - Manage and organize production schedules, call sheets, and other production documents - Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files - Attend production meetings and take detailed notes - Provide general support to the production team as needed Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a film, media, or related program - Passion for film production and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Knowledge of film equipment and production techniques is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship Benefits: - Hands-on experience in all aspects of film production and support - Opportunity to work with industry professionals and learn from their expertise - Exposure to a wide range of projects and genres - Networking opportunities within the film industry - Potential for future employment opportunities within the company If you are passionate about film production and looking for a challenging and rewarding internship, we encourage you to apply for this position.
