Location: London and Remote Position: Music & Artist Management Intern Salary: UNPAID Company Overview: We are a leading music and artist management company based in the UK, representing a diverse roster of talented musicians and artists. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional management services to help our clients achieve their full potential in the music industry. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Music & Artist Management Intern. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic world of music management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced managers and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of managing successful artists. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination and execution of artist tours, performances, and promotional events - Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our artists - Manage and update artist social media accounts and websites - Coordinate and maintain artist schedules and travel arrangements - Attend meetings and take notes on behalf of the management team - Assist in the negotiation and preparation of contracts and agreements - Provide administrative support to the management team as needed Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a music business, management, or related program - Passion for music and the music industry - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in music or event management is a plus Benefits: - Gain hands-on experience in the music industry - Opportunity to work with a diverse roster of talented artists - Learn from experienced music managers - Networking opportunities with industry professionals - Potential for future employment opportunities within the company Duration: This is a full-time internship position for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
