Position: Internship Lifestyle & Concierge Location: London, United Kingdom Salary: UNPAID Company Overview: We are a leading lifestyle and concierge company based in London, providing bespoke services to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Our services include travel arrangements, event planning, personal shopping, and other lifestyle management services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and gain valuable experience in the luxury lifestyle industry. Job Description: As an intern in our Lifestyle & Concierge department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced lifestyle managers and gain hands-on experience in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and projects, while learning about the inner workings of a luxury lifestyle and concierge company. Key Responsibilities: - Assist lifestyle managers with client requests and inquiries - Research and source information for client requests, such as travel arrangements, event planning, and personal shopping - Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and requests - Assist with the planning and execution of events and special projects - Provide administrative support to the team as needed - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a degree program in hospitality, tourism, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Passion for the luxury lifestyle industry and a strong desire to learn and grow - Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for a period of 3-6 months Benefits: - Hands-on experience in the luxury lifestyle industry - Opportunity to work with high-profile clients and gain valuable networking opportunities - Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals - Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship - Stipend for travel and lunch expenses If you are a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the luxury lifestyle industry, we would love to hear from you.
