Position: Internship - White Glove Salary: UNPAID Location: London, United Kingdom Company Overview: We are a leading luxury service provider, offering bespoke solutions to high-end clients in London. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and personalized experiences to our clients, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our White Glove team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and gain hands-on experience in the luxury service industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is looking to kick-start their career in the luxury sector. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the White Glove team in providing exceptional service to our high-end clients - Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate and manage client bookings and reservations - Conduct research and provide recommendations for luxury experiences and services - Assist with event planning and execution, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and on-site support - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases - Support the team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a degree program in hospitality, tourism, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus - Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship Benefits: - Hands-on experience in the luxury service industry - Opportunity to work with high-end clients and build valuable connections - Exposure to various aspects of the business, including event planning, concierge services, and more - Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals - Potential for a full-time position upon completion of the internship If you are a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for luxury service, we would love to hear from you.
