Position: Model Management Intern Location: London, UK Type: Unpaid Internship Duration: 3-6 months About the Company: We are a leading model management agency based in London, representing some of the most talented and diverse models in the industry. Our agency works with top fashion brands, magazines, and designers to provide them with the best models for their campaigns and projects. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Model Management Intern. This is an unpaid internship opportunity, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion and model management. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the agency, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing appointments - Conducting research on potential clients and models, and maintaining a database of contacts - Assisting with model bookings, including scheduling castings, fittings, and photo shoots - Coordinating with photographers, stylists, and other industry professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects - Assisting with model development, including scouting for new talent and organizing test shoots - Maintaining and updating model portfolios and agency website - Assisting with social media management and marketing efforts - Attending industry events and networking opportunities with the team - Other administrative tasks as assigned by the agency directors Requirements: - Must be currently enrolled in a fashion, business, or related degree program - Passion for the fashion industry and interest in model management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension Benefits: - Hands-on experience in the fashion and model management industry - Opportunity to work with top fashion brands and industry professionals - Exposure to the inner workings of a successful model management agency - Networking opportunities and potential for future employment - Travel and lunch expenses covered If you are a self-starter with a passion for the fashion industry and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you!
