Job Specification
As part of the business operational team, you will lead a new regional development sports coaching franchise from start up to capacity. SportyMinis is an Early Years and Primary School Physical Education Programme that needs a ‘fresh’ think outside the box regional business development partner to build our portfolio of clients and expert teachers in a new regional division so that we can continue to make an impact to the lives of many children in the UK. We require someone who wants to learn all there is about starting and running a business but without the financial risk. You need to have strong leadership and ambition, you can not be afraid to pick up the phone and start conversations with prospective clients, to conduct staff interviews and training, and most importantly you need to be very organised with a can do attitude. A sports coaching degree or qualification is a great benefit. Plus a great phone manner and not afraid to pick up the phone Other Main duties include MAIN DUTIES Sales & Marketing Email marketing Social Media Prospect Calling Recruitment: Job Advertising Recruitment Training Operations: Client on boarding and management Day to day running of the business Quarterly business meetings Pay: £8.50ph Hours: 12-15 hours Submit CV and covering letter outlining your suitability for the role.
