Position: Social Media Executive - Internship Location: MMemoirs | London UK Duration: 1-3 months About MMemoirs: A new project in the travel industry. We are a small travel agency that aims to bring small groups to places around the world and write about our adventures! We are all round travel business focused on living the best adventures and sharing it worldwide. MMemoirs trades as MiriamMemoirs through a travel blog and social media, and specialises in travel advise, writing and overall promoting destinations and business. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality trips and exceptional recomendations. Our company values innovation, creativity, and teamwork, and we are constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and an understanding of various social media platforms, mainly instagram. As a Social Media Executive Intern, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, engaging with our online community, and analysing social media data to improve our online presence. With interested, there will be a possibility to organise yearly trips and attend them as well. Key Responsibilities: - Create and schedule engaging social media content for various platforms, including Instagram, Pintrest and maybe Tik-Tok. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms - Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices for social media marketing - Collaborate in a team to develop social media campaigns and promotions - Analyze social media data and provide insights and recommendations for improving our online presence - Stay updated on the latest social media features and tools and implement them into our strategy - Assist with the planning and execution of social media events and collaborations - Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs to track the success of campaigns - Stay updated on our company's products, services, and promotions to effectively promote them on social media - Attend industry events - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or with interest in the subject with proven experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices - Proficient in social media management tools, such as Meta - Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Passion for social media and staying updated on industry trends - Previous experience in social media marketing is a plus but we are happy with own experience.
