Job Specification
Position: General Admin Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient General Admin to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars - Maintain and update company databases and records - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents - Order and maintain office supplies and equipment - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with the onboarding process for new employees - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Other duties as assigned by management Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team - Professional and friendly demeanor - Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping is a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for administrative work, we would love to hear from you.
