Description: £200 expenses per month Plus Marketing BONUS on success. What will you gain after 4 months? - Opportunity to work from home subject to meeting targets. - Sales & marketing knowledge & expertise - Account management & handling skills-Valuable practical experience of working in a business with customers and suppliers - Converting theoretical marketing knowledge into practice via live strategies and activities - How to test and measure the results of marketing activities & analyse for improvements - Skills & Knowledge so you know how to implement marketing strategy to increase Sales, Profits, and Margins - How to use market data to create adverts & content to change the buyers state from not interested into buying now - Real Estate knowledge & experience - The necessary training will be provided to support you, an efficient appraisal system and non-stop mentoring under the guidance of Senior staff - Improvement of You Planning, organizing & prioritizing skills - Adaptability, maintaining effectiveness in different situations, environments and cultures - Potential job opportunities for exceptional performers for a full time position Qualifications: Main Responsibilities Include: -To carry out day to day sales tasks in support of the sales plan -Sales activities to generate Tenant leads, calls to prospects -Qualifying prospective tenant enquiries -Managing all documentation and procedures for a tenant contract -To implement & execute marketing activities to achieve the marketing goals -Working as a team, brain storming & generating new marketing ideas & activities that will achieve the marketing goals -Attending relevant trade events -Field visits to identify & implement advertising opportunities -Campaign & event management -To develop and manage outbound marketing campaigns to generate sales leads. -To design & create marketing content for all communications with the head of marketing, such as research, gather information, create, write, proof read & print -To produce regular marketing reports to test and measure the results of marketing activities & analyse for improvements -Identify potential marketing partnership opportunities for the business -General administrative duties to ensure the day to day business runs effectively -Additional projects agreed to meet your personal internship & development goals Person Specification: - The candidate may have some knowledge or interest in some area of sales or marketing or business but full training will be provided - The candidate may have some interest of the real estate sector - IT skills including word processing, database, spreadsheets and email - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Good organisation and planning skills, - Self-motivated proactive approach and ready to use initiative - Reliable and committed - Own car is preferred but not essential, Travel expenses will be paid - Optional Experience preferred not required - Facebook Ads Knowledge, Copywriting Experience, Graphic Design Work, Adobe Suits
