Choose when you want to work, needs to be during office hours. - Weekly team calls and regular team buildings. - Progression to manage Partner relationships after sign ups, lead cross sales, and attend virtual & physical community events. - Support from the sales and tech team to grow your sales, tech and business skills. We are looking for talented account managers to join our remote working team of eight people, on a part time basis (between 4 and 8 hours per week). Do you have experience in building authentic connections with people over the phone and in person, business acumen and want to grow your skills in a thriving team? Otium Circle is a community of boutique and premium lifestyle businesses. Founded in 2018, now scaling our business and already profitable. We are passionate about connecting business owners, nurturing collaborations and ultimately increasing revenue for the companies we work with (our Partners) through partnerships, new products, client referrals, joint events, etc. Our focus is on three clusters: travel (e.g. concierges, yachting, villas), supercars (track days, ice driving, driving tours), and premium products (e.g. watches, jewellery and fine alcohol). Main objective of this role: Singing up new paying customers to Otium Circle. The role: - Ownership of specific accounts & clusters. - Call potential Partners within our focus areas, outline Otium Circle’s benefits and indicate which current Partners are a good match for them to do business together. - Sign up new Partners to our community. - Organise follow up calls using SalesForce, send follow up emails and set up video calls with our CEO for closing conversations. - Work individually and collaborate with other account managers in the team to grow our community and achieve your goals. - Induction & continuous training will be provided. Your experience and skills: - Create authentic connections with people over the phone and in person. - Clear, fluent spoken English, easily understandable to people for whom English isn’t their first language. - Strong business acumen & quick thinker as you will need to present potential Partners with business opportunities with current Partners. - Team worker and great communicator.
