Job Specification
Business Development Assistant Type of contract: part-time Duration of Contract: 6 months Place of work: 3 days in the office (Mon-Tue-Fri) and the other 2 days remote working. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive candidate with some knowledge of B2B sales and Operations in the International Education or Hospitality Industry (preferred, but not compulsory). This candidate will be responsible for: ● Processing bookings received by our business partners; ● Chase and Process Payments; ● Keep our CRM up to date for each booking received; ● Liaise with service providers for booking-related services ● Keep constant communication with the contacts assigned ● Put together and send offers for Groups (info and prices will be shared with the candidate each time by our Business Development Manager) ● Assist the Business Development Manager in his daily tasks Required skills: ● Be Proactive, a solution-oriented candidate is what we are looking for! ● Professional Knowledge of Written and Spoken English ● Customer Service ● Get things done ● Stress Management ● Good use of Excel for calculations ● Some basic knowledge of Canva Desired skills ● Second foreign language with good knowledge: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese ● Some experience in the International Education (English Language Schools) industry or in the Hospitality Industry Apply with your CV and Cover Letter
