We are a UK-based private company headquartered in London, established in 2009. We provide a wide portfolio of premium business and lifestyle services. We combine expertise in private security, chauffeur services, event management, concierge solutions, and public relations. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for law students and recent law graduates to get practical experience in a corporate environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on many legal and business matters. The main Requirements are: • Currently studying for, or recently completed, a degree in Law (LLB, LLM, or equivalent). • Strong legal research and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. The Key Responsibilities are: • Conducting legal research on a range of commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory matters. • Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. • Supporting the maintenance and organisation of legal records and documentation. • Assisting with compliance monitoring and internal policy reviews. • Preparing legal summaries, reports, and briefing notes for management.
