You will be working for Flake Bake, the UK's largest manufacturer of handmade Jamaican patties. We’ve made a significant impact in the food industry, winning Aldi’s Next Big Thing on Channel 4, selling over 100,000 Flake Bake patties in under 10 days, and secured a multi million contract to supply all 1,000 Aldi UK stores daily. Our brand has been featured on BBC News, ITV News, and The Independent, and we continue to grow rapidly. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be part of our long-term vision. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate, committed, and ready to contribute to our expanding team. Position: Personal Assistant & Admin Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive and free patties We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant & Admin to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements - Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, responding to or redirecting them as necessary - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain and update company databases and filing systems - Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as booking personal appointments and managing personal finances - Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company - Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing Requirements: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Discretion and confidentiality - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proactive and able to work independently - Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred If you are a self-motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for organization and administration, we would love to hear from you.
