Job Title: Client Manager Assistant/Admin Location: Central London W1S Salary: upon interview assessment Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organised Client Manager Assistant/Admin to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to our client manager. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to client manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and responding to emails. • Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Assist with the travel, restaurant bookings, purchase goods online • Helping to respond to clients inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in a administrative role. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • Travel coordination and planning. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Attention to the details. • A positive and professional attitude. After 3-4 months of internship we are happy to offer a permanent job for those candidates who will show good results at work.
