The role ranges from doing admin, to attending events, to managing allocated projects so no one day will be the same. I am looking for someone bright, incisive, has a passion and good knowledge of the luxury world, from hotels, restaurants, fashion and more. This is an opportunity for someone who is flexible and has the ability to produce exciting and innovative ideas. You need to be down to earth, a self-starter and acquire the confidence to deal with high-end clients. Responsibilities: - Administration, spreadsheet, emails - Content writing, reviews, newsletter, campaigns- Assisting with event planning - Email management - Attending luxury lifestyle events - Reaching out and Liaising with: suppliers, Printers and web developer - Create building and maintain new/current Client and suppliers list - Running errands - A vast array of other services Attributes: - Excellent communication verbal and written - Excellent presentation/ smart - Reliable - Punctual - Ability to multi-task - Aptitude to work well under pressure - Ability to build key relationships with high-end clients - Ability to us Apple - Proficient in Microsoft office - Technically savvy Requirements: - Must have a laptop - Work from home office and remotely - Qualifications Degree Level - Luxury Brands
