New Level Academy is a dedicated alternative education provider, offering support to young individuals aged 13 to 18 who encounter challenges in mainstream schools. Role Overview As a School Administrator at New Level Academy, you play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our educational environment. Responsibilities encompass general office support, attending team meetings, researching and booking accommodation for students, and contributing to various ad hoc duties. Additionally, you will implement effective management systems using Office 365. Responsibilities Include: Providing general office support, handling telephone/email inquiries, and managing mail. Participating in team meetings as required. Conducting research and arranging support for students. Assisting with various ad hoc duties as necessary. Qualifications Person Specification Essential: Passion for working with young people and contributing to their education. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working in a busy and pressured environment. Strong attention to detail.
