Job Overview Modern Decorative is offering an internship for a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) internship. Possible fast track position for the right person to work with Modern Decorative. Spanish and English speaking essential. If you're looking for an internship that's going to push your creative sales skills to the limit, while working on something special and groundbreaking, this could be the opportunity. Being involved in a project, pushing new barriers in the world of business and social-economic development. Modern Decorative is an e-commerce Art & Antiques business leading the way. Our goal is a 3-way profit share between investors, Workers/interns & clients. We are putting in place a structure to give interns the opportunity to develop their creative skills & potential. Gain insight into the arts & antique e-commerce sector including its many business facets. We pay a basic daily internship award, plus a net profit share for those involved in making the business successful. Our goal is to give interns a possible chance to earn a fiscal reward for their hard work and dedication. Modern Decoratives shared result led strategy is to exclude as many unknowns as possible ensuring maximum success. Rewarding all those concerned is a basic ingredient for our successful business. We believe that working with internships can unlock a world full of enthusiasm & potential. We want to be part of that world. Modern Decorative is only as good as those working in it. People & Art is our business. At present a UK business, we are in the process of forming a Spanish SL company to take advantage of the many changes brought about by Brexit. We are offering an internship to perform additional duties within the new business. Responsibilities for Internship Spanish Speaking CSR: - Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction -Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improve through feedback Requirements: - Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships - Highly motivated - Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills - Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
