Our customers can spend more of their precious time on other things they care about. The Policies Writer is responsible for drafting and editing policies and procedures. This includes identifying, researching and interpreting the laws, rules, regulations, codes, standards and guidelines that govern the company's operations. Responsibilities: - Drafting and editing policies to be compliant with laws, regulations, industry best practices and company guidelines - Resolving conflicts in company policies with other departments - Identifying areas of ambiguity in company policy where clarification is needed - Ensuring that new or revised policies are communicated to all relevant departments (i.e. HR) for enforcement purposes - Collaborating with other departments to determine how current policies can be improved on or updated to better serve the needs of the company - Developing training materials for employees on existing or new policies - Maintaining a library of all past versions of all company policies - Maintaining a library of all past versions of all
