We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
- • Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- • Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement
- • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- • Manage and maintain company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends
- • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and analysing results
- • Writing and editing blog content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for digital channels
- • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
- • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
