Position: Social Media Generalist Location: [London and Remote Work] This role is remote work primarily, with some days on Film locations/at company events or in person meetings (expenses covered). Salary: [20 hours a week, £14 an hour, for 3 months with potential to become full time roll in the near future] We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Social Media Generalist to manage and grow our online presence with a clear focus on generating leads for our services and uncovering new opportunities. The ideal candidate will handle LinkedIn outreach, Facebook and WhatsApp group engagement, Instagram content, social media channel revamps, and content creation across platforms. This role is pivotal in building relationships, driving engagement, and converting interactions into actionable opportunities. You will be working across our exciting, fresh brand portfolio, which consists of: - 1st Live - https://1st.live - The Tom Sawyer Effect https://tseffect.elementor.cloud/ - The Jewish Brand Culture organisation. http://www.thejewishbrand.com The time will be split across the brands, with clear, actionable goals each week, working closely with the company founders, Marketing Director and Operations Director. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing and branding strategies - Find and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates - Assist with the planning and execution of social media events and campaigns - Monitor and report on competitor social media activities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. - Passion for live shopping would be a bonus. - Proficient in social media management tools and analytics - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus If you are a social media savvy individual with a passion for creating engaging content and building brand awareness, we want to hear from you!
